Because the Hazmag crusher is the same model as the primary crusher, the quarry will benefit by utilizing interchangeable wear parts, thereby increasing production of stone. Less time is needed to change parts, improving productivity and reducing downtime. The project includes demolition and removal of three conveyors to be replaced with one. The structure and concrete foundations will be removed and replaced with new structures and concrete. Most of the work was contracted, with assistance being provided by the SIS employees.
