ALTERATIONS

Alteration is the act, process or state of being altered. It is a change, modification, adjustment, amendment,
correction, metamorphosis, conversion, variation, remodeling, transformation, turn or shift. Anytime you think
of the word alteration or see an image of alteration it often includes scissors, a needle, thread and a
measuring tape.

Scissors = represents something that has to be cut away from your life
Needle = represents a passing through to make another connection
Thread = represents a cord to bind the new connection together
Measuring tape = represents the extent, dimensions, degree or capacity of what is being measured out
Sorors, we as a people hate the word change, but anytime God cuts something away; is taking you from
one place to another, is establishing divine connections or He informs or exposes you to new levels, you
are experiencing an alteration (Isaiah 43:18-19). As we move forward, full steam ahead into 2018, let’s
make up in our minds that we will STOP WRESTLING WITH CHANGE!
The number seven represents completion and the number eight represents a new beginning. 2018 is both
a new year and a fresh start; so embrace change. Many of you have been praying to God for new
direction, ideas, strategies and relationships. You cannot spend time at the ALTAR and not experience an
ALTER.
