As for the collection of monkeys, however, fashion has little to do with it. ‘I was a big Curious George fan as a kid,’ Demsey says of the assemblage of simians spread around the house, including vintage Kay Bojesen monkey toys found on eBay as well as Gagnon’s whimsical depiction of a solemn-faced primate in a Thom Browne suite.
