Page 7 THE MAGAZINE ROOM THAT TIME OF THE MONTH Well it’s that time of the month again where I sit down at my computer and write a few words for you to read. Let’s start off with the SEMA show. It was great hanging out with some old friends and meeting new ones. Hopefully we can all stay in contact throughout the year and not meet back up in Vegas saying the same shit next year. SEMA seemed to be a busier place this year with the halls definitely fuller than last year. I hope that is a good sign of things picking up in the industry. The whole look of Gauge has changed for the better. Now there is a website and magazine. We are still in the midst of adding some new features to the website that I think will bring us all closer together as a whole. For now you can check out Features, Shows, News and Gauge Girls without even going to the magazine. We are slowly adding the back issues and new content weekly so stop by and see what’s new. You can always click on back issues and it will take you to the “Classic Gauge Page” and check out all the past issues that you have been accustomed to. Don’t forget to register so you can login and comment on the articles posted throughout the site. It’s still FREE. Now let’s talk about the magazine. If you are reading this then you have made it to the new Magazine layout. Don’t forget to click on the “Click for more coverage” button on the bottom of the last page of coverage on all features and show coverage. This is where you will find the tech sheet and additional photos of the features or hundreds of additional photos of show coverage. We have added the “Grey Area” for the under construction vehicles of the world. Plus a shop tour section that is unnamed at this time. Both of these sections will return in the January 2011 issue but with all the SEMA coverage going into this issue I had to clear the plate a little. If you have any questions or comments on the new layout please email me at DoubleD@ GaugeMagazine.com or hit us on Facebook, Twitter or Myspace. Until next year, buy your better -half something nice for X-mas, keep your sidewalks and driveways clear of snow and last but not least remember to tip your bartenders, waitresses and strippers (entertainers) Dan “Double D” Davis Editor – Gauge Magazine
