Hours: 37.5 hours per week • Salary: £25,000 p.a.
A rare opportunity to join a unique service user charity working with
individuals who have, or have had substance use issues, Build on Belief is
looking for a full-time Service Manager to help design, implement and run a
wide range of peer-led activities in Hillingdon. You will recruit, train, develop
and work with a growing volunteer team, as well as support the main
providers in delivering a high-quality service across the partnership.
We are particularly interested in recruiting someone who has direct working,
or lived experience of substance use problems.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and promote
this exciting, and growing service across the London Borough of Hillingdon.
The role will involve running a peer led-weekend service and the ideal
candidate will be flexible, imaginative and pro-active in their approach to the
job. The post will initially run for one year.
