This is something that we are working on, improving diversity throughout the business with our Equinix Women Leaders Network (EWLN). The group provides a platform for women leaders to support each other, addressing the difficulties that women can face within business. Each year, the EWLN’s calendar is packed with workshops, panels, presentations and informal get-togethers. The events bring with them excellent opportunties to further network with similar leaders, offering learnings of both challenges and successes. We want to ensure that Equinix is a great place to work and that we attract a wide range of talent. It is particularly important that we nurture our apprentices as we have trained them specifically for our business and they have learned from our best.
