projects & agreements Bethesda Ministries moves to cloud data protection and governance with Druva Bethesda Ministries has implemented Druva inSync for cloud based data protection of employee data residing on all laptops and mobile devices. Using inSync, the Bethesda Ministries IT team can now ensure that all data created by employees is securely protected as well as meeting each user’s specific data management and compliance needs. Bethesda Ministries is a not-for-profit organisation that runs real estate services, senior living locations and radio stations across the US, donating all income to the charity One Child Matters, which helps children in poverty stricken areas around the world. The organisation’s IT team provides services to each unit and has a very diverse set of data compliance rules that different user groups have to adhere to. A previous endpoint data protection solution that was in place did not work for devices that were mobile and only limited sets of data could be protected. Druva was chosen to provide a simple and efficient way to protect data across the different groups. KEYSOURCE TO PROVIDE CRITICAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SUPPORT FOR LEEDS CITY COUNCIL Leeds City Council (LCC) has chosen Keysource to provide vital support for its data centres in and around the city centre. It follows a competitive tender and is designed to ensure that there is minimal downtime and disruption to IT services and that the data centre environment remains resilient and secure. Under the terms of the agreement Keysource will provide a critical FM solution across a number of data centres that house the infrastructure to support all the council’s IT systems. This will include managing a pre-planned maintenance programme for all critical equipment to manufacturers’ specifications and frequencies. A robust emergency cover will also be implemented to allow the data centres to function to a high availability.  Keysource will provide a 24/7/365 emergency repair service with a guaranteed response time onsite in under a maximum of four hours. Training will also be provided for LCC staff on all aspects of the data centres and equipment. IT infrastructure from smallest to largest. ENCLOSURES POWER DISTRIBUTION CLIMATE CONTROL
