Gladstone Senior Center will reopen on Monday, July 20th! We miss you and can’t wait to begin seeing some
familiar faces again soon. Your health is very important to us and we have made a number of changes to ensure that
Gladstone is as safe as possible for those who choose to return. Please read this update carefully so you know what
to expect.
BEFORE YOU COME
Complete a self assessment. If you or
anyone in your home have any of the following
symptoms, stay at home.
q fever (100 or higher) within the last 72 hrs
q cough or sore throat
q shortness of breath
q chills or repeated shaking with chills
q muscle pain
q headache
q new loss of taste or smell
q had direct household contact with a person
experiencing an undiagnosed cough & fever
q diarrhea &/or vomiting in the last 24 hrs
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Check in with the receptionist or at the adult
programs office:
• to confirm your self assessment
• to sign a waiver
• to avoid more than 10 participants in a room
Do not go to your room until you have been cleared.
Wash or sanitize your hands upon arrival.
Wash hands with soap and water in the
bathroom or meeting room OR use hand sanitizer
provided OR you may bring your own hand sanitizer.
Make sure you have the most
current information about your
class or activity. Program updates are
communicated via pre-recorded phone calls,
email, and on the website. Please make sure
we have your current contact information. If
you are unsure, please call the office.
Follow the traffic flow signs and maintain
social distancing at all times. Do not linger
in hallways.
Masks are
required.
Bring your own mask.
Bring your own
equipment/
supplies.
Tables and chairs can not be rearranged.
Chair and table arrangements have been
predetermined based on social distancing and
air flow.
You may bring your own bottle of
water and/or prepackaged food if
needed for medical reasons. Coffee and
treats will not be served.
