New ! Essentrics ® Gentle Stretch Increase your flexibility while toning your muscles with the gentle , flowing movements of this full body workout designed for seniors . Essentrics ® combines the strengthening theories of ballet which create long , lean , flexible muscles , and the flowing movements of Tai Chi which improve balance and decrease joint pain . Essentrics ® is practiced bare-footed . Class includes standing and floor work though all movements , including those on the floor , may be modified so it is not necessary to be on the floor .
