international clinical project management (phase I-IV), site monitoring,
data management, medical writing, budget creation/oversight, resource
allocation and mentoring. Additionally, Cynthia is involved in the
preparation of RFPs and providing a formal presentation at bid defense
meetings. She has a PhD in Clinical Science from the University of
Colorado Health Sciences Center, a Masters of Public Health from the
University of Northern Colorado, and a BS in Biology, with a minor in
German, from the University of Massachusetts.
