The Hillcrest at North Dallas is a transitional care facility located on Hillcrest Road just south of the George Bush
Turnpike and is located close to several healthcare facilities including Baylor Regional Medical Center, Medical
Center of Plano, Heart Hospital at Baylor Plano, Plano Specialty Hospital, and Reliant Rehabilitation.
From intensive short-stay rehabilitation to longer-term restorative care, some of the goals of The Hillcrest’s
transitional care are to:

• Increase independence and mobility
