Rule 64.1 is deleted and replaced by: 64.1 Penalties (a) If a board fails to comply with a rule, she may be warned. If a board is warned a second time during the same round, she shall be excluded by the race committee from the remainder of the round A list of the sail numbers of boards that have received warnings or have been excluded shall be posted on a notice board near the finishing line. A board observed in the course area after having been excluded from a round shall be excluded from the competition without a hearing, and none of her previous times or results shall be valid. Any breach of the verification rules may result in exclusion from one of more rounds or from the competition.
