Growing Food in Jackson Hole

Grow abundant harvests of fresh vegetables and fruit in your Jackson Hole garden. This course covers all aspects of organic home food production: bed building, soil and fertilizers; crops and varieties; planting in intensive beds; growing your own starts; pest control; and harvesting and storing. We will also explore building simple season extenders and selecting appropriate fruit for our area. Instructor has over 30 years of experience gardening on both sides of the Tetons.

Learn how to properly prepare espresso drinks in a professional environment. Participants will get a basic seed-to-cup course along with principles of espresso extraction, espresso machine

maintenance, milk preparation, and

tasting. Course involves theory and

hands-on preparation.

Beer Making and Brewing at Snake River Brewing

Begin the class with a tour of Snake River Brewing and educate yourself about the brewing process. Choose from a variety of ingredients to create your recipe. In the next session, you will taste the fruits of your labor, learn about packaging, post fermentation, conditioning, storage and serving. Each participant will take home a few bottles of their brew! Student must be 21 years old.
