Learn how to make authentic Indian meals, starting with Moti Pulao which is a fragranced rice pulao with Paneer. Next we will prepare Malai Kofta, creamy, paneer dumplings in a tangy, tasty sauce. The entree is Handi Murgh, a delicious and aromatic boneless chicken in a spicy Indian curry. Lastly you will enjoy our mystery dessert!

Beer Making and Brewing at Snake River Brewing

Begin the class with a tour of Snake River Brewing and educate yourself about the brewing process. Choose from a variety of ingredients to create your recipe. In the next session, you will taste the fruits of your labor, learn about packaging, post fermentation, conditioning, storage and serving. Each participant will take home a few bottles of their brew! Student must be 21 years old.

Unlock the mysteries of Kashmiri Polao, a rice dish from North India with an aromatic, sweet and mild polao with Kashmiri spices and dried fruits and nuts. Next we will prepare Navratan Korma, an Indian vegetable korma with nuts, paneer and adjustable list of variety of vegetables in a yogurt based sauce. The main dish is Lamb Rogan Josh, an aromatic lamb dish in a gravy with signature recipes of Kashmiri origin. We will finish the meal with a mystery dessert!
