This person must show proficiency of required information through passing the ServSafe online exam. CWC-Jackson proctors the test at your convenience. Proctored
exams can be scheduled generally
Monday-Fridays from 8am- 5pm in our computer lab at the Center for the Arts for $15. Exams must be purchased through the National Restaurant Association from
ServSafe.com for $36.00.
