Learn how to apply a variety of techniques with foods you find at your local Farmers Market. Instruction on salads, soups, and entrees using seasonal produce along with locally grown proteins. Prepare

meals that highlight the freshness of your local food. Relax and enjoy the fruits of your labor with an incredibly fresh meal! Space is limited.

Fill the house with the intoxicating, irresistible aroma of fresh baked bread. We will learn to make a delicious dinner roll and then expand the possibilities with cinnamon rolls and other creative roll shapes. You will leave the class with enough to share with your family or friends. Be the star of Thanksgiving!

Pies: A Lost Art?

Not so! We are bringing back tradition. Starting from scratch we will make a tender flaky pie crust with.....a rolling pin! Also a quick crust made right in the pie pan with no rolling. The sky's the limit for fillins! Bring home a small pie for a

Teton Health Department requires each licensed food establishment to have at least one supervisor/manager to be a certified food protection manager. This person must show proficiency of required information through passing the ServSafe online exam. CWC-Jackson proctors the test at your convenience. Proctored

exams can be scheduled generally

Monday-Fridays from 8am- 5pm in our computer lab at the Center for the Arts for $15. Exams must be purchased through the National Restaurant Association from

ServSafe.com for $36.00.
