Simplification – we want to make it as easy as possible for colleagues to deliver services and for customers to access them During 2018 we will join forces with Merlin to create an exciting partnership that will enable us to do more for you. Together we will be concentrating our efforts in four key arrears (we’re calling these the four pillars). They are: Having the right relationship with you underpins everything we do and our neighbourhood coaches are central to this. Our partnership with Merlin will mean that we will have the opportunity to roll out our coaching approach to around 90,000 customers. Empowering more of you than
