to the customer annual review for 2018
Whether you rent, part own your home, live in one of our specialist homes or have bought
one of our homes outright, this is our chance to tell you how we’ve performed for you
over the last 12 months. It’s important that we’re doing what we say we will, and you’ll
find a wealth of information showing how your feedback is influencing the way that we’re
working together to ensure you have the homes, communities and services that are right
for you.
Having a great relationship with you underpins
everything that we do so we’ve increased
our number of neighbourhood coaches as
promised last year. Alongside these we also
have teams of specialist money advisors and
employment coaches to help you get the most
out of life and we’re really seeing the difference
these services are making now that we have
more time to spend with you.
Hopefully you’ll have met your neighbourhood
coach – but if not we’ll get round to you as
soon as we can. If you need to get in touch,

contact them.
This review is produced in support of the
feedback reports that we publish on our
