The value we create. It’s really important to remember that Bromford is a not-for-profit organisation, this means that every penny saved is re-invested into your homes and communities. We’ve reduced the average cost of repairs to your homes to £484 per home, against a target of £505. This might only be a saving £21 per home, but when you consider that we have around 30,000 homes that could add up to a saving of about £630,000. We’re also getting extra value from the services we provide. This is created by helping you back into work or education, coaching you out of debt or helping you to manage your money better - this is called social value. For example, this year 281 off you started work with the support of your employment coach. This created social value of 1.8m… £800,000 through wellbeing and £1m through savings to tax payers.
