Looking forward There’s been a lot of talk in this review about what has been happening over the last 12 months – but what about the year ahead? Here Nick Cummins, director at Bromford, talks us through some of the plans for the coming months and beyond. Thanks to your thoughts, ideas and feedback last year we identi fi ed three key areas for us to focus on over the coming years. We said we would be concentrati ng our eff orts on building the right relati onships with you, ensuring that you have the right home (one that meets your needs and which you can aff ord) and that we would be working to increase the supply of new homes. This hasn’t changed – these three areas remain our key points of focus but we’ve been working hard to refi ne our plans and I wanted to take this opportunity to share this with you.
