Regeneration
We go into a little more
detail about our regeneration
programme on page 8 but
through identifying homes that
are no longer meeting your
needs, we’re now in the process
of redeveloping five sites that
should result in another 126
new energy-efficient, affordable
homes being built. Continually
upgrading some of our older
homes is getting harder to do.
So redeveloping them to ensure
that they meet your needs will
be something you’ll see us doing
more of as we move forward.

How have we done?
WHAT WE SAID HOW WE DID
ACHIEVED
We aimed to develop more than 436
new homes last year. 460 new homes were completed during
the year.
We want to continue to develop
specialist homes where communities
can flourish. Three more MyPlace schemes have opened
their doors over the last year – that makes
a total of five with another eight in the
pipeline.
New homes at School Gardens in Stourport
are now available to buy and work is
progressing well at Park Gardens in Banbury.
