Customer Annual Review 2016 - Page 8

Your home.

Our teams are focused on ensuring that each of you has the right home. One that meets your needs; that you can afford and that can act as a springboard for you to dive into all those things you’ve wanted to achieve in life.

From the moment you spot a Bromford property, we want to match you with the right home for you. We want you to feel that the homes are of a good standard when you move in. And then as you progress your time with us, we will invest in the homes to ensure they’re safe and they meet your needs.

We know that we don’t always get this right, but we do listen to your feedback and we are making changes to address the issues you tell us about. As a result, over the last 12 months you have told us that you are seeing an improvement in all our services, but particularly in our repairs services – where 81% of you said you would recommend it to a friend, up from 74% the year before.

An explanation of the lights: Green means we’re delivering. Amber means we’re very close to achieving the target – within 5% or 0.5. Red means we need to do more, as we’re a distance from achieving the target.
