How we’ve Your performed for Tenancy you 2014/15 There are significant changes taking place in the welfare system and many of these have impacted upon you, our customers. Nearly 2,000 of you have been hit with an under-occupancy charge and whilst we continue to support those of you who wish to move, many of you are trying to find ways to fund the shortfall and stay in your home. Our part of the Deal relationship is to provide you with a home and services that help you to unlock your potential and be your best, enabling you to make the most out of life. Take a look at this ‘Services Delivered’ infographic to read more about some of the outcomes from our services over the last 12 months. We measure how well our services work for you in a number of ways, but the question we always ask is whether you’d recommend us to a friend. Last year 78% of you told us that you would. This just missed our target of 82%, although since then we’ve already improved, hitting 80% in the first quarter of the year. We are recruiting more money advisors as one way to support you to maximise your income. Our skills coaches can also help you to increase your earning potential. In the last year we’ve helped 783 of you reduce your debt and 162 of you into sustainable work. The further roll out of Universal Credit will impact many of you, as will the reduction in child benefit and tax credits which are
