What's the Deal?

The Deal is about talking to people to identify their aspirations and set goals to help them move forward. It could be anything that makes them feel more in control of their future. We review the goals jointly and coach people so that they keep moving towards being the best they can be.

Driven by your aspirations, we have developed a whole range of new and improved services such as help finding and getting into employment, developing your career, managing your money, practical and emotional support to overcome things like health problems and supporting you to own your own home. We’ve invested millions of pounds into these services, especially those you have told us help improve your lives.

If you are a relatively new customer you will already know about the Deal, but over the next couple of years we will be making more of these opportunities available to every one of our customers, whoever you are. Expect to hear more from us soon.
