It's time to lose that one hour of sleep for more sunshine. Spring is almost here! This past winter was a rough one. It made navigating through NYC during New York Fashion Week painful. I only remember the fashion shows and getting into a warm room, nothing in between. It was that cold! Evidence of what I won't do for fashion.

I met the most talented people, a street style photographer, Mangue Banzima, whose work I've ogled and always inspired by. The sweet and super talented Leanne Marshall, a past winner of Project Runway, and her romantic line of gowns. FTL Moda and their open policy of embracing 'all' diversity, not just what's in fashion. Amber Poitier, Ply and more.
The lovely Chenese Lewis, a friend and confidante is featured wearing IGIGI and the always creative Kenneth Doswell of Bettie Jean Couture, never disappoints with his editorial concepts. We welcome Kiesa Hamilton, this being her second time in Curvysta magazine.
