Free Toilets and Urinals!
If you haven’t replaced your toilet in over 20 years, it’s time to stop wasting water and money. For a limited time, we’re
offering free toilets and urinals with free installation by licensed plumbers. Our new Plumbing Fixture Replacement
Program (aka PREP) is open to residents and businesses in San Francisco. To qualify, sites must have existing toilets that use
3.5 gallons per flush or more and/or existing urinals that use more than 1.0 gallon per flush, and have no unusual plumbing or
site conditions. Toilets rated 1.6 gallons per flush or less are already efficient and not eligible for replacement under the PREP
program. Qualifying customers will be contacted for a mandatory pre-inspection to confirm fixture eligibility. Commercial
