Was your toilet installed before
1994? It’s time to stop wasting
water and money. Through our
new Plumbing Fixture
Replacement Program (aka
PREP), we’re offering free toilets
for residential account holders.
This includes free installation by
licensed plumbers.
To qualify, your existing toilet must use
at least 3.5 gallons per flush, and have
no unusual plumbing or site conditions.
Qualifying customers will be contacted
for a mandatory inspection to confirm
