your feet and what aligns my feet will inevitably
be different. We each walk with our own gait,
we each have our own style and persona. We
may purchase the same brand of footwear. But
what makes us different is what's inside (the
shoe.) The orthotic made for you fits you com-
fortably yet if I placed my foot on it, surely it
would feel a bit awkward. Yoga is like an orthot-
ic, guiding the practitioner into alignment. Your
yoga practice will have different intentions than
mine. We will show up in the same space yet
have completely different intentions for our-
selves that day.
Yoga can build a strong foundation, increase
strength and range of motion, along with

Yogis challenge themselves and their balance in
