Mindfulness from head to toe ing poses, the foot is firing and becoming stron- ger as the practitioner plays with poses. Balance is improved overtime. And it's not only because you gain strength in just your feet, but also your mind. The physical poses connect you to your body and then eventually get you out of your head. When you focus on your breathing and chal- lenge your body, you won't give much attention to all those pesky thoughts that may have aggra- vated you earlier that day. That's the point. It's important to take a moment to let things go, to allow all the chatter in your mind to rest quietly, in essence; to meditate.
