Roberta Nole MA, PT, C.Ped
Roberta owns and operates an Accredited Pedorthic facility, Stride, Inc. Custom Foot Orthotics, and Stride
Physical Therapy and Pedorthic Center in Middlebury, CT. She has a Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry;
a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine. She received her
certification in Pedorthics in 1992 at Northwestern University.
She has developed a clinical specialty in biomechanical foot and ankle examination and orthotic
treatment, and is a published author on this subject in Orthotics & Prosthetics in Rehabilitation.
Roberta has written and instructs a continuing education lecture series based on basic and advanced
level biomechanical foot and ankle concepts and evaluation methods. Her advanced level programs
are original in content and are based on her novel patented methods of foot assessment, identifying a
methodology for classification of 24 adult foot types.
Ben Nebroski, C.Ped, L.Ped
Mr. Nebroski is a Certified Pedorthist working for Irving's Shoe Fly in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He
currently serves as a PFA Board Member.
Gina Birch
Gina Birch is perhaps best known to Southwest Floridians for the nearly two decades she spent
entertaining and informing listeners on the former 96.9 WINK FM, as part of the morning shows of
Alexander & Bennett, then Bennett and Birch. With a degree in broadcast journalism, she has always
loved sharing stories, whether over the airways or in print. Not only does she share as a contributor for
Grandeur, Gina is the local editor for 10Best, an online travel and tourism division of USA Today. You
may also see her on stage as emcee of various community events. Her passions include travel, food, wine
and shoes.
Tara A. Mina, C.Ped
Mrs. Mina is a Certified Pedorthist and co-founder of Comfort Shoes by SpringsMed of Bonita Springs,
Fl. She has been in the foot care industry for over a decade. Her clinical experience has specifically
concentrated on the prevention and healing of diabetic wounds. She is a liaison between her patients,
physicians and products. Tara is also a Licensed Nail Technician & Certified Yoga Instructor with special
interest in alignment and foot health.
Dr. Brandon Macy, DPM, DABPO
Dr. Brandon Macy, is in private practice in Clark, N.J. Director of the New Jersey Children’s Foot Health
Institute. Board Certi-fied by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Diplomate of the American
Board of Podiatric Orthopedics. Member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Pediatrics. He can
