excellent shopping within minutes of the hotel.
The hotel shuttle bus will get you there and pick
you back up with just a phone call. The hotel
boasts its own private beach on the Atlantic with a
beach club and restaurant to accommodate every
taste from simple burgers and fries to a fine dining
experience while overlooking the surf. Again, the
hotel shuttle will transport you there and back.
Speaking of fine dining, there are a number of
establishments within walking distance and others
a very short drive away. Having sampled food from
several of them I can say that you won’t leave
disappointed.
The hotel grounds are delightful. There is a back
deck area overlooking the tranquil water and
waterfall (see: photo 2).
The facility boasts three pools, a spa offering many
services, an excellent fitness facility and one of the
most convenient layouts for our Symposium you
could ask for. The education rooms and exhibit
hall are very close together.
The guest rooms themselves are quite nice and
our PFA room block rate of $155 is a substantial
discount off their regular rate. Hurry and take
advantage of this offer as the rooms are going
quickly!
We will be hosting a Wednesday night party at
Alice and Pete’s Pub, a fine eating and drinking
establishment in the hotel with a replica of the
famous 17th hole at TPC Sawgrass with its island
green. Be sure you get your tickets to come enjoy
good food, drink and company and try your luck
at sticking a shot on the floating green!
