i everyone and welcome to the Summer Edition
of Current Pedorthics! Hopefully, everyone is
getting to spend time with family and friends enjoying
the warm weather and recharging the proverbial
batteries.
As we move into August, this magical thing happens
to those of you with a strong retail presence, Back to
School!!! Nothing gets the register humming like the
excitement of getting kids ready to go back and the
grown–ups that have to switch from sandals back to
shoes for Fall. Summer means sports and those of you
that see a lot of clinical patients know that more sports
unfortunately means more sports injuries and that
keeps us busy getting those athletes back in the game
so they can return to what they love to do.
No matter how you look at it, this can and should
be a busy time of year! So, take a few minutes, relax
