Of course, it wouldn’t be Hee Haw without all the skits in tow. The cast performed several seg- ments of the most famous weekly segment, “Where, Oh Where, are You Tonight?” The Gossip Girls, Vern and Ida Lee Nagger, played by Ed Hevey and Sharon McClanahan, Corn- fi ld jokes and the Hee Haw Jug Band brought plenty of laughs. “Gloom, Despair and Ago- ny,” was performed by Dwight Johnson, Jim Anderton, Terrell Dobbins, and Tommy Kohlen- berg, Faye Ratliff, Ann Anderton, Jolene Hammic, Sharon McCla- nahan and Margie Johnson made up the Hee Haw Jug Band. Whitehead said this is just one of many productions she hopes to see come alive throughout the Senior Jam Session. “We encourage people to come out and be a part of our Jam Sessions because we have a great time every week,” she said. “We always have a great time of music and fellowship. We are no longer friends, we are more like family.” Seniors are encouraged to come to the Donald Green Center ev- ery Monday to join in on the Jam Sessions.
