Art Connection through Sculpting Find the artist in yourself with this class each Tuesday, Jan. 8-Feb. 12, at 3:30 p.m. Hosted in the Art Building at Art Park, the emphasis is on creating sculptures. Ages 6-12 recommended. The cost is $100 per person. Mini Camps One day after Christmas, kids may be looking for something fun to do for the remainder of the school break. Look no further Cullman Wellness & Aquatic Center for the Christmas Break Mini Camps. Scheduled Dec. 26-28, the cost is $100 for ages 5-12, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Plenty of fun in a supervised setting for exercise and learning. Missoula Children’s Theatre Set for Jan. 21-26, the Missoula Children’s Theatre provides an introduction to the stage for ages 5-18. Young people learn the basics and discover talents in this annual program at the Cullman Civic Center. The cost is $40 for those selected to participate. Toddlers Olympics Cullman Gymnastics & Cheer Academy host the Feb. 16 event that puts area toddlers in a fun environment of competition. Ages 5 and under. The cost is $5 per child. The event is scheduled 9 a.m.-11 a.m. Dog Obedience Classes Dogs may be the best friend of people, but a little discipline can make that relationship even more rewarding. Obedience classes are scheduled Jan. 7 and March 11 at the Cullman Civic Center. The six-week class will be on Mondays at 6 or 7 p.m. at a cost of $100.
