Clinical audiologist Mark J . Sanford , M . S . has owned and managed CSG Better Hearing Center in Walnut Creek since 1994 . He later expanded the business to include locations in other Bay Area cities and Monterey , CA .
Sanford holds a Master ’ s Degree in communicative disorders and audiology from the University of Texas in Dallas . As an expert in hearing loss and hearing devices , he gives presentations locally , nationally and internationally . the Hearing Review Advisory Board , and the Elite Hearing Network Advisory Board . Sanford has been a member of the GN Resound Advisory Board , Phonak Advisory Board , Hatis Advisory Board , and Vortis Technology Board .
Accounting and operations manager Cathy Howard began her career in hearing healthcare in 2000 as the bookkeeper for CSG Better Hearing Center . As CSG expanded and added multiple locations , her position evolved to include marketing and operations . Cathy now assists with the overall management of the corporation .
