Introduction to Art (Ages 8-11)
Students will receive a great introduction to the building of foundational art skills. This
class is designed for students who are interested in visual arts, but have little-to-no
arts training. This class will allow students to explore a variety of 2D and 3D mediums,
including acrylic, ink, color pencil, markers, and more!
Time: 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Cost: $475
Introduction to Filmmaking (Ages 12-15)
Students will learn hands-on film production skills alongside other future filmmakers.
Led by an OCSA teaching artist, these young storytellers will write, direct, and edit
short films. This class will provide students with a great introduction to the basics of
filmmaking.
Time: 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Cost: $500
Musical Theatre (Ages 9-12)
This fun exploration class will engage students’ imaginations, teach teamwork through
collaboration, build confidence, and help young actors find their creative voice. Mirroring
the curriculum taught at OCSA, this class will provide a fun-yet-disciplined approach to
the process of developing fundamental skills through training in acting, voice, singing,
and movement. While this class will culminate in a short singing and acting showcase,
students’ primary focus will be learning the fundamentals of acting and performing as an
actor who sings.
Time: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Musical Theatre Audition Technique (Ages 11-15)
This musical theatre workshop will allow students to build a repertoire of audition
material and develop professional audition skills that can be widely applied. This class
will give young actors the edge they need for a more successful audition, as well as
provide a sneak peek at the business of casting theatrical productions.
Time: 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
