Cunard have announced their 2020/21 season featuring Australian Homeport, World Voyages and sectors. In 2021, Cunard’s iconic flagship, Queen Mary 2, will embark upon a classic voyage of global exploration, taking in such diverse regions as Southern Africa, the Indian Ocean, Australia, Southeast Asia and the Mediterranean. Queen Victoria sets sail on a Western Circumnavigation of the Globe that is packed full of ‘must-do’ experiences, while Queen Elizabeth will carry out a programme of exotic voyages that offer richer, deeper and more regionally- focused itineraries, including her return to Australia and New Zealand for her third homeport season. These cruises will be very popular so will sell out fast. Princess Cruises announced their 2020/2021 Australia & New Zealand program release, offering 5 ships, over 70 itineraries, visiting over 80 destinations across a total of 123 departures. Two Royal ships will sail from Sydney. Regal Princess will make her debut in Australia, sailing out of Sydney, alongside her sister ship Majestic Princess. Princess Cruises will also operate 20 cruises to and from Adelaide over the 2020-21 summer season, in a move that represents the biggest ever cruise industry commitment to South Australia. One of the world’s foremost wine connoisseurs, Oz Clarke will be joining the Voyage. Clark has written several award-winning books, appeared on numerous radio and TV shows globally and is generally regarded as leading Britain's wine revolution in the 1990s and 2000s. Joining Clarke is award- winning columnist and broadcaster Will Lyons who will bring his trademark humour and down to earth style to the voyage.
