Accesorizing Tips

-Arm Candy can make your outfit come together a little more. Simply adding a watch or some bracelets really can make a difference in the entire outfit.

-Belts may not be something that many people think of when it comes to accessorizing, but they are great for that! There are so many different types of belts: skinny, wide, braided, studded. Even if you only have 1 or 2 belts, you can loop them over differently or tie a knot. Belts are just great.

-Bows and headbands are fashionable. They can add just the right amount of accessorizing to make it look like it took way longer to plan the outfit than it did.

-Leg warmers can give the outfit something extra. They are very fashionable and keep you warm. It's a win-win! An easy way to get leg warmers is to take an old sweater and just cut off the sleeves. That way you can get whatever design or color you want for a very low price.

-If you love a shirt, but think it’s a little low cut, put a tank top underneath! (Scarves are also great for this).

-If you think your dress is a little bit too short, add some colored tights! (I love the way black tights work with dresses).

-If you have to choose between jeans or leggings, jeans might be a better option. (Let's just be honest...leggings are not pants.) However if you love the leggings look, try searching for a shirt that is a little longer and will cover your backside.

-If you love crop tops, high-wasted jeans (or shorts) will be great for you. They not only stay on when you bend down, they also cover the stomach area.

-Accessorizing is a great way to be fashionable. One of the great things about accessorizing is that you don’t have to worry about modesty! Scarfs, bags, hats and jewelry are such a fun way to jazz up old outfits. :)
