You would learn that she is a history buff, who is totally in love with God's idea of marriage and family. You would learn that she dreams of being a missionary to China, has an adorable sense of style, and has a huge heart to encourage girls.
"How would you describe yourself?" I ask Kenya. "If someone just bumped into you on the street, what would you want them to know about you?"
Her response is:
"There are two parts to this one.
As for describing myself:
• I'm shy and kind of an introvert until I get to know someone.
•I'm very old fashioned in the way that I think and see things.
•I'm a dreamer and still a little girl at heart in some areas.
•I have a crazy sense of humor, that would be quite frightening to some.
But if someone just met me on the street, the one thing I would want them to know first and foremost: my passion and love for Jesus. He is my everything and the reason why I live!"
I ask her what it is that gets her out of bed in the morning. "What daily inspires and motivites you to move forward and press on toward your goals?"
