Crown of Beauty: Who is your favorite Disney princess?

Lauren: So my favorite Disney princess is Mulan. I like the classics, so she’s strong and she’s self-sufficient and an independent woman who stood up for what she believed. And I love that! I love the tough women but also,, she was a woman, she knew how to be sweet but also to be strong and fight. And now Brooke’s laughing, I think she chose the same one.

Brooke: I chose Mulan as well because she eats rice for breakfast, she talks to mini dragons, she makes rash decisions, and she saves China. So, well done, Mulan!

Crown of Beauty: If you could have dinner with anyone, who would you choose?

Brooke: Ah, man, that is so difficult. I have three people in my mind. Christine Caine—Christine inspires me as a speaker, she’s a spunky, awesome woman. She is a speaker, she’s so amazing, so spunky, so tiny with short hair and she’s just awesome! I love her so much. And then John Foreman because he inspires me as an artist, a performer, and creator of music. I just think he’s so incredible and I’d love to pick his brain. And then Albert Einstein. Because he was misunderstood and had a completely different brain than the world was used to and so the world saw him and thought, “You’re weird, we don’t understood you.” But he overcame and became one of the most famous scientists ever. And so I love that! I love how he was weird and misunderstood and yet he overcame and he changed the world.

Lauren: I was trying to think of that, I’m not really good with you know choosing who I would have dinner with because I feel like I would need like an entire day or a week for different people. Because dinner is just like small talk. So, I mean, I don’t really know. The first person that popped in my head that has always been my answer but I think it’s just changing as I grow up, but I’ve always loved Ruth Bell Graham, and I’ve read all her books and, even books about her and the woman she was. She was just witty and she was strong, but she was a woman of God. So yeah, Ruth Bell Graham probably, but again, it wouldn’t be dinner. I would just spend like a week with her and just hang out!
