Well every time I hear that, my grandpa's words, "I have a mandate from God," enter my mind. What I've learned is that not everyone is going to see or understand the things that the Lord shows you, but I've had to continue to believe that God will be faithful to His word.
My destiny will unfold at the appointed time, and I trust in my God full-heartedly that He is setting things in motion and opening doors for me that no man can shut.
I believe full-heartedly that I will see the land of China. I will have favor and be able to go into places that most people would have thought impossible to get into.
I share all this to encourage you with this: Maybe God has given you a dream that you have yet to see come to pass. Maybe you've been waiting for years, or maybe you even doubt if your vision really is from God. Do you ever feel weary in your season of waiting? I know I do at times...
But there's a scripture that has become one of my all-time favorites, that I want YOU to hold on to.
Habakkuk 2:2-3 says: "Then the Lord answered me and said: Write the vision and make it plain on tablets. That he may run who reads it.
For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it. Because it WILL surely come. It will NOT tarry."
WOW, what a powerful promise from our Lord!
Sisters, your vision is for an APPOINTED time, and it will not be late! God has placed whatever you're dreaming for, in your heart for a purpose and reason. Even if people think you're crazy, don't let that stop you from holding on to your dream! Run with it! Like Habakkuk says, write it down. I encourage you ladies, to do that and remind the Lord of what He has promised. It's not that He needs a reminder, but God likes it when we hold Him accountable to His word and judge Him faithful.
Believe for what most people would think is impossible! Dream big because nothing is too hard for our God to accomplish! Walk by faith, but most importantly walk in obedience. It's through our faithfulness, that His promises will come to pass..
Continue to have an unmovable faith, and TRUST that the Lord is going to accomplish everything He said He would in your life. He will not fail you!
In fact, He will surpass all your expectations!
