Some of the teachers that I have spoken to have said they have encouraged her over the years to obtain her teacher certification because she has what it takes. So while she may be a paraprofessional here on paper, she is a teacher at heart.” Paula Brooks, Principal Jackie Carden Elementary School On LaToya Pierre: “We know that our kids are coming to us with the best that they have, and her job is to grab those kids, wherever they are, and make them reach their fullest potential on a day-to-day basis. She’s truly an inspiration to all of the students that are able to walk through her door.” Omarian Brown, Principal Crowley Middle School On Kristin Easter: NOV KRISTIN EASTER TEACHER NORTH CROWLEY HIGH SCHOOL “Kristin Easter is not only the heartbeat of North Crowley High School, she’s definitely the heartbeat of Crowley ISD.
