trip to NASA’s Johnson Space
Center in Houston.

visited the Apple Store in Fort Worth and partnered
with an Apple Genius to job shadow, observe and
record customer interactions. While there, these
talented fifth-graders were able to greet and direct
customers, as well as help troubleshoot problems.
