Editor’s Welcome
With the World Cup now out of the way and celebrations starting to die down, attentions can now turn towards
The Ashes. England suffered a sobering defeat in the first match and will be keen to bounce back and turn the
series around.
On the domestic scene issue 51 of Cricket Club Magazine will be looking at how the season has been
progressing as we catch up with clubs including Brockhampton, Somerset and Elstow.
We will also be looking at the work that club’s are carrying out in their local community with County Championship
Derbyshire working hard to develop in this area. Clubs such as Bacup and Cockfosters also take the time to tell
us more about the work they’ve been doing lately.
We are always keen to hear from anyone with a story to tell so whether you wish to promote a business, a club,
individuals, initiatives or products please do not hesitate to contact our editorial team at [email protected] or
call me directly on 0191 447 8383.
Yours in Sport
Jamie Seymour
