Brenda McKee Valerie McCann NEW CLASS Kousalyaa Somasundram Pilates Mixed Abilities Adult Movement and Dance Class Vinyasa Flow Yoga Bollywood for All Vinyasa (meaning step by step) yoga is a sequence of postures where the breath and movements are coordinated. Classes will include flowing sequences with some static postures which will help to build strength and flexibility. There will be emphasis on correct alignment, working with your own breath and to your own level. This course will offer both physical movement and relaxation. Suitable for students who have some previous yoga experience. Please bring your own mat. Come and learn the simple moves of both Bollywood and contemporary Indian dance in a fun and relaxed manner. Bollywood dance is energetic and beneficial for physical well being. Mixed ability Pilates, a mind-body workout will develop strength, flexibility and endurance whilst challenging and developing your core. In this class we offer a variety of modifications and alternatives enabling all clients of varying ability to work at their own level. Róise Connor is a Level 3 certified Neilpilates teacher.
