This class uses cardio and interval training with special isolation for those hard-to-target areas. A great workout to leave a smile on your face and sweat on your brow. This class is taught by Róise Connor, a NeilPilates instructor, and is suitable for beginners. The work will focus on bodily presence, sensation, imagination, creative/expressive/experiential processes. In this fast hectic world it will be a tonic to slow down and deeply listen to what the body wants and needs. The sessions will be facilitated by tutor Sandy Cuthbert who has a wealth of experience as a professional dancer and practitioner and is presently studying for an MA in Dance and Somatic Well-being.
