If you got mostly A’s, you’re a visual learner!!

Visual learners will get the most out of a lecture if they sit near the front of the room where they can see and hear what the teacher is talking about. They need to see things being done before they do it on their own. When taking notes, it helps if they use colors and pictures in their notes to refer back to and to help them study. To-do lists, logs, and self written notes can be helpful ways to stay organized and less stressed.

Auditory learners function best when they can read their own notes out loud to reiterate them. They understand and feel the most confident about something when someone explains it to them first. When they are in need of help, it is best to talk to someone close to them. It helps the students if teachers verbally explain directions as well as any other information.
