Here are some ideas you can do to try to cheer up:

- Write a letter to get all your thoughts out.

- Listen to music that makes you feel good.

- Light a candle and take a nap.

- Call a friend to cheer you up.

- Go on a run and/or a bike ride.

- Play a sport.

- Go on a hike.

What to do if you or someone else is in a crisis:

Speak to a trusted adult.

Talk to your school counselor.
