Ingredients:

-12 sugar cookies

-3 tablespoons of cream cheese

-2 cups white chocolate for melting

-sprinkles for decoration

Instructions:

1. Place cookies in a mixer, after they turn into crumbs add cream cheese and mix until the mixture can be pressed into a ball.

2. Shape cookies into a ball about 1 inch in diameter. Place on cookie sheets and place in freezer for 15 minutes.

3. In medium bowl, melt white chocolate.

4. Remove balls from freezer. Using a spoon, dip and roll the cookie balls in the white chocolate. Return to cookie sheet and immediately top with sprinkles. Store in fridge.

Grilled Cheese Soup Dippers:

Lets just make this easy and roll up the

grilled cheese to dip in the soup. This recipe is very simple and can be done very quickly. Perfect for a snack with your hot soup on a cold day.

Ingredients:

-1 tbsp butter

-8 slices of white bread, no crust

-8 slices of cheddar cheese

Instructions:

1. Use a roller pin and roll the bread into flat 1/4 squares. Place cheese slice on each slice of bread and roll up tightly.

2. Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Turn the rolls often, about 3 minutes Until cheese is melted.
