Football Preseason

As a football player myself, I am very interested in what is coming next in regards to the football season soi had to ask myself what do others think so I decided to interview none other than Cole Riters himself played Varsity his sophomore year and his brother Trevor Riters is going on to play football in college. When I asked Cole how he felt about the new football season he said that he is very excited to get back on the field with his friends. Due to the changing sizes of our school, we are having to change from 3A to 4A which means that we will be facing tougher teams with more players. Here's what Cole has to say about that “I am very excited and happy that we will be facing new teams and new opponents, it will also lead us to get looked at by better colleges. Due to the change from 3A to 4A, the team will be working out three days a week after school in the ironworks room. We also participate in a camp over the summer at MESA university to help us get ready for the new season. When I asked Cole my last question “Who is the best player on the team at this point” he replied with “We are all good players no one is better or worse we are at this point all working towards gaining that title of being better than the other players. As you can tell Cole is in a word ecstatic about the new football season and ready to take on all the challenges that he will face. As for Michael Tomaseski when I asked him about the how me will handle the changes in leagues he said that he was very excited and ready for the challenge but is also scared because he currently is racking up 9 concussions (just like me) and does not want to get another head injury resulting in them having to quit football and not being able to play any more contact sports for the rest of his life! There are also many different things that Michael stated for what the team is doing to prepare for the upcoming season, he says that he is working out three days after school with the team, he also goes to golds occasionally and he throws with his buddy a lot as well. With all of these things combined, i asked him if he thinks by the football team will be ready for the new season he replied with “Yes but honey it will be a tough season with even tougher opponents and we will have to go 110 percent always no matter what. As you can see there is a lot to look forward to this upcoming season and a lot that the players are doping to prepare for the tough and gritty season, and as coach A says Period.End.Of.The.Day
