Aunt Jackie's Cream Cheese Brussel Sprouts

2 frozen 10-12 oz. packages of frozen brussel sprouts

1 large block of cream cheese or neufaschtel

1 stick butter garlic salt to taste-careful not to use too much as the cheese is salty.

Parmesan cheese Cook brussel sprouts with garlic salt until soft.

Drain water. While the brussel sprouts are still hot and in the pan, add chunks of butter and cream cheese.

Put a lid on and allow the butter and cream cheese to melt. Stir.

The brussels will break up some making this creamy and thick but I don't overstir as I want whole brussels also.

Put in a casserole dish and sprinkle with cream cheese.

Bake 375 degrees until hot and bubbly. This is gooey and rich!!!
